Booking and payment
If you contact us on working days, regarding your travel plans with Hispania travel, you will receive a trip proposal within 48 hours. In most cases we will contact you prior to your wishes by speaking.
If you agree with the proposal, we will immediately reserve your car and accommodations. After payment of the entire sum we will sent you all vouchers. Other travel documents such as driving directions, tips on day trips and advice on which route maps to buy you will receive at last two weeks before departure.
Car Rental
Hispania travel works with a reliable Dutch partner specializing in rental cars across Europe. This means a good mobility guarantee in case of breakdown. Also, the rental rates sharp. To book rental cars through our agency no booking fee is to be charged.
The prices of the trips are always included the car. It is assumed for the calculation a mini class car or economy. Would you prefer a larger car a aditional fee will be charged.
You can decide how you want the rental car insurance. We recommend that you use the partner offered by our No Risk guarantee. This is the best way to ensure for the best rate. We will inform you further when you want to book.
Insurance and cancellation
We recommend you a travel and cancellation insurance. Mondial Assistance is one of Europe's largest insurers and also very reliable. On www.mondial-assistance.com you can easily arrange your insurances.
Hispania travel charges you a cancallation fee to one months before departure 50% of total price, up to two weeks before departure it will be 80%. After two weeks before departure nu refunds can be proceeded.
